This view is permanent because there are no future buildings planned in front of Phase Two. Residents can enjoy this Southeast (SE) view from many units, which is a key selling point, although these units typically come with a premium price.
Causeway and RTS Link
From the facility floor, you can also observe the Causeway, which often experiences traffic congestion. The proximity to the Causeway is a major advantage of R&F Princess Cove, as it is the nearest project to Singapore. In addition, the Rapid Transit System (RTS) is visible, which is a single-stop MRT line connecting Bukit Chagar CIQ directly to Singapore Woodlands North Station. The RTS is approximately 80% complete and is expected to be operational by 2026.
