Reservation Process: Overseas clients can pay 1,000 yuan to reserve a unit. The reservation will be set up on the 16th, and there is a 24-hour period. If the check has not reached the developer's account, the money will be refunded. If the money has reached the account by June - August, it will be used to buy the unit.
