Introduction

Welcome to today's one-day food series! I'm Kei, and I'm in Fukuoka, Japan, where the cherry blossoms are in full bloom. Fukuoka is known for its amazing food, and I've collected a lot of people's recommendations to try out. Before we start, don't forget to give this video a thumbs up and subscribe to my channel if you haven't already. Let's go!

Beef Tongue Restaurant in Hong Kong

Our first stop is a beef tongue restaurant located at Bordeaux station in Bordeaux Street. This restaurant was once rated as the first favorite breakfast in the hearts of Japanese people because of its limited edition grilled beef tongue. Unfortunately, we arrived just after they finished the first set, but we still managed to order some delicious beef tongue dishes.

  • The Menu: The restaurant offers both breakfast and dinner menus. The blue menu is the plentiful version, which includes the same beef tongue as the breakfast set. I ordered the A4 set, which has 6 pieces of beef tongue, yam rice, beef tail soup, and side dishes. A-Qiang ordered the beef tongue with green onions.

  • The Food: The beef tongue is made into thin slices and is very flavorful. It's not too chewy and has a nice texture. The yam rice is also delicious, with a sweet and fragrant taste. The beef tail soup is well-seasoned and not too salty. Overall, we were very satisfied with the food.

Ramen Street

Next, we're going to Ramen Street, which is also in Bordeaux Station. There are a lot of great ramen restaurants here, and I've been wanting to try them for a long time. I decided to try Fugang Ramen Shin Shin Ramen, which is said to be very delicious.

  • The Queue: When we arrived, there was a long queue outside the restaurant. We waited for about half an hour to get in, but it was worth it.

  • The Ramen: I ordered the famous Tengu Ramen, which costs NT$970 per bowl. The soup is very rich, and the noodles are very thin. The char siu is not very big, but it's very tender. The half-boiled egg is also very delicious. Overall, I think the ramen is very good, but it's a bit expensive.

Nu Nu Chicken

After that, we're going to eat Nu Nu Chicken, which is a famous frozen fried chicken restaurant in Fukuoka. Everyone says that you must eat fried chicken when you come to Fukuoka, but this restaurant is different because it serves frozen fried chicken.

  • The Price and Quantity: A box of Nu Nu Chicken costs NT$1,080, which is about NT$243. There are 12 to 13 chicken wings in the box.

  • The Taste: The chicken wings are made of honey and have white sesame on them. They smell very fragrant. When you eat them, the skin is crispy, and the flavor is salty and sweet. It's different from the fried chicken I've had before, but it's very delicious.

Ming Tai Zi Bread

Next, we're going to eat Ming Tai Zi bread, which is a famous bread shop in Bordeaux. The Ming Tai Zi bread is said to be very delicious, and I've been wanting to try it for a long time.

  • The Price and Appearance: I bought the famous Ming Tai Zi bread, which costs 481 yuan, or about 100 yuan in Taiwan dollars. The bread looks very moist and has a lot of Ming Tai Zi inside.

  • The Taste: When I took a bite, the bread was very crispy, like a pancake. The Ming Tai Zi inside is quite salty, but it goes well with the bread. The pepper also has a very strong taste. Overall, I think the Ming Tai Zi bread is very delicious.

Ming Tai Tzu Crab Soft Seafood Mung Bean

After that, we're going to eat Ming Tai Tzu Crab Soft Seafood Mung Bean, which is a restaurant near Ming Tai Tzu Bread. I ordered this dish, which costs 2,300 Japanese yen, or about 519 yen in Taiwan dollars.

  • The Dish: The dish looks very attractive, with a lot of pollack roe, salmon roe, and a big piece of taro.

  • The Taste: When I took a bite, the texture was very rich. The pollack roe is salty and spicy, and the taro is sweet and soft. The salmon roe is also very fresh. Overall, I think the dish is very delicious, but it's a bit expensive.

The souffle is very moist and soft, and the strawberry and cream are very fresh. Overall, I think the Soufflé is very delicious, but it's a bit expensive.

Andoner

After that, we're going to eat Andoner, which is a famous candy store in Fukuoka. I've been to this candy store twice before, but it's always been empty. I was very curious, so I decided to come and try it today.

  • The Queue: When we arrived, there was a long queue outside the candy store. We waited for a long time to get in, but it was worth it.

  • The Candy: The candy is a bit more moist than the normal one, and it has a unique texture. It's a bit chewy, and it has the taste of pumpkin. The sugar powder on top is a bit too much, but it's not too sweet. Overall, I think the candy is very delicious, but it's a bit expensive.
